The history of Three Suns has been recorded, for the most part, by religious orders. Tomes of factual experiences have been written by clerics over the passing of centuries, and High Temples of deities such as Cor and Grastmal are known to possess a wealth of historical reports.

The Empire has currently been strengthening its ties with various other nations. An official agreement has been signed with the Sovereignty of Vaelar making those lands protected by Imperial militia. Also, other southern nations have contacted the Empire to establish similar agreements.

It has been calculated that virtually no Freemen commanders survived the war, with the exception of their leaders, Lord Benitgal and his Admiral, Rakillian. A group of Imperial allies, currently in Port Ocelot, have volunteered to seek them out and bring them to justice.

In Catalania, Milar of Catalania has founded the Society Arcane with eight other prominent wizards. Lob's Jousts were commemorated on schedule, and the nation of Vaelar was honored at the celebration. The Emperor also founded the Academy of Bards, where formal training will be offered to individuals seeking to learn the Arts.

Four conspirators were brought to justice in Jaguari, and their plan to murder the local High Priest of Bolthan included information only available to those in the General King's confidence. The temple of Bolthan and the Knights of the Snar have commenced an investigation.

The new Port Tax laws in Port Serval are being praised as the greatest advance in the mercantile system in centuries. Already adopted by Port Ocelot, Brandon and Felineo, one of the laws provides that, for every four Corunds of local goods purchased by a specific taxable ship, two Corunds will be deducted from the final taxes due to that city. Goods being imported to that city are still taxable. A new index of taxes has been formulated, however, using the prevalence of the imported goods on the local market as a basis for higher taxes.

Pallassi has announced that it will be expanding it's city guard. Up to five hundred new guards will be hired in the next year. After the Company of the Three Stars recently excluded Pallassi from it's trading routes, the Duke of the city has been implementing measures to further the safety in his region.

Lione has lifted it's laws prohibiting public use of magic, but only for the Branmar. All use of sorcery in the vicinity of the King's Palace is still prohibited throughout the week.

A new series of raids has begun in the forests outside of Port Cheetah. The Imperial Militia stationed in this city handled a similar situation two years ago. A fortification will be built on the outskirts of the Myriad Desert to help stop the criminals, who have been described as nomads.
