This fortified port has been known for it's very strict laws. It is a major supply point for the southern Snar Mountains. The ships that stop here are commonly searched for a variety of reasons, and Hasthrass has gained the reputation of having a paranoid ruler. Still, most Sarrov is prepared here and sent to other locations in the Militocracy.
