This underground nation of dark elves is located beneath the eastern Snar Mountains. The capital, called Rathani after the founder of the society, is a vast city far below the mountain surface. The Elves of Rathani are said to have been banished to this place, although their nation is now very powerful and successfully hidden from the surface dwellers. Very little is known about Rathani, and explorers have, on many occasions, tried to contact them without success.
