The Valley of Sathross stands in vast contrast to the Calliak Forest, which lies around it. The twisted trees and mysterious rock formations contribute to what some travelers have described as a "threatening feeling."

The High Temple of Sathross is at the center of the valley. It is surrounded by seemingly impenetrable walls, and above the main entrance gates is the High Messenger's personal sign. The entire structure is made of dark stone, and is the home of a great number of clerics training to be the future leaders of their faith.
